I follow a lifecycle consisting of 5 stages:
At this stage, we really get clear on the company vision. We find out exactly what is required at the end of this process, which gives us direction.
The analysis stage looks at what the situation is now. What elements are working and what elements aren’t performing as desired?
Following the analysis phase we then design a system that will ensure achievement of the identified goals. This design will focus on the people within the business and work to give them the mental tools to be optimal within the planned framework.
This is where the design is rolled out to the business. All necessary mentoring and training takes place and a system of monitoring is put into place to check that the design is embedding correctly.
As the design is utilised, it is possible that elements might not be working as effectively as they should. Therefore, in this system, we take processes that fall short and push it back into analysis, to design, to implementation. This process is ongoing so that we can ensure continual movement towards the desired goals.
